Our media often exposed celebrities scandal, especially from Hollywood. From Britney Spears to Paris Hilton. Many videos and pictures that record their most private activities have been circulated.
One scandal that make me really really surprised came from Hongkong. The actor is one of may favourite Chinese actor, Edison Chan (hiks.... now not anymore). Not only one girl but almost 14 girls involved and all of them are famous Hongkong celebrities. Oh... it really make me shocked. How can it be? Because I think they are from Eastern culture that have high respect to sex activities especially sex before married.
I think they are so stupid. Do that private thing and record it. Don't they know that that recording can be seen by others. Especially others can circulate it. Remember about the power of the internet. It can spread all over the world in only one hour. Amazing huh? And the most important that they forgot is about their career, it's all ended.
What lesson that we can get from that case? Never... I said again never do anything private in front of the camera or the cam recorder. It's sooooo dangerous!!!

As a woman, that's very natural for us to be a shop lover. But, when we are shopping there's some tips to help you from buying anything that you really don't need. Here are the tips:
1. Make a list of what you need
When you go to the supermarket or other store (mostly on the department store), just make a list before you go there (make a list of the thing that you really need). Never...., I said again never buy anything outside your list (even there is a big sale on a very lovely shoes ;)!!!!!)
2. Don't bring to much money
When you go to shop, never bring enough money (just make sure it's enough to buy anything that you really need). It will help to prevent you from buying outside from the list.
3. Bring only one card (any, debit card or credit card)
Bring all your card makes a possibility to buy more and more. When you bring all of your card, you think that you bring much more money, so it makes you buy more than in your plan.
4. When you have to buy a book, then go to the bookstore, not to the department store
When you buy a book in the bookstore, there is not much temptation to buy stuffs outside from your list, but when you go to the department store to buy a book, you can find much more temptation to buy another things outside from your list (on the department store you can find almost all stuffs and there's many big sales that will make you tempted)
5. When you want to buy something, delay it for one day
If you still really really want this stuff after one day, you can buy it. Usually, when you delay your wish to buy something, you can forget it on tomorrow. It will help you to decrease your desire to shop.
That's all the tips that already help me to control my shop habit. I have proved it and it's really really works (sometimes though....). At last, our hobby as a shopper mania could not be stopped sometimes. I suggest to follow it, but only for sometimes not on our everyday lives ;))))).

My Glasses Solution

I am the one who sit in front of my personal computer almost all the time, i also love to read any kind of books, so that's make my eyes got something wrong. I can't see almost all the thing clearly and then I decide to meet the doctor. He said that i have to use glasses, wow... that makes me a little bit sad though. Why? Because I think woman in glasses looks old and not fashionable. That's comes true when i have to choose my glasses, all of the glasses in that store makes me feels just like my grand mother. So, I try to find my glasses in the internet.

My Favorite Indonesian Food

As an Indonesian, I must be proud with my culture. From our traditional ceremony (ex: from the birth, married, until death) to other traditional culture. One of my favorite things in my is our food. So many delicious traditional food in my country. Below, I'm gonna try to give you some of my favorite food.

1. Pecel
Mixed vegetables that served with peanut sauce. It usually eat with fried chicken or fried egg and rempeyek (it made of flour and coconut milk that fried with peanut in the top). It tastes sweet, a little bit sour, and also a little spicy. It a little bit similar with salad.
2. Sayur Asem (Sour soup)
Mixed of vegetables soup, sometimes we use peanut there. It's so fresh with sweet and sour taste. Maybe there is similarity with Tom Yum Soup from Thailand, but without a spicy taste.
3. Soto Ayam (Yellow Chicken Soup)
Mixed of chicken, noodles (usually white noodles), and cauliflower in yellow soup. It tastes a little bit spicy.
4. Sate Ayam (Chicken Satai)
Chicken or sometimes lamb, that chopped to a small pieces, then grilled in a stick. It served with peanut sauce and sliced of onion. It tastes sweet and a little bit sour. Maybe it a little bit similar with American Barbeques.
5. Gulai Kambing (Spicy Lamb Soup)
Very Rich in spices, using many kind of traditional spices (we usually call it the complete spices). Thick spicy soup, with lamb inside. It's very spicy and also yummy. There is a little bit similar with eastern food (Arabian).
6. Kare (Curry)
It is very different with Japanese curry. This food use chicken that cooked in coconut milk, sometimes we insert boiled egg or tofu there. There is no vegetables inside, it makes Indonesian curry very different from the Japanese.
7. Nasi Uduk
Rice cooked with coconut milk then it served with fried chicken, fried beef, fried tofu, fried tempe (fermentation of soy), fried salted fish, and sambal (Indonesian chili sauce).
8. Rendang
Beef that cooked with so many Indonesian traditional spices until it soft, you can feel it melt in your tongue.
9. Rujak
Mixed of some vegetables, tempe (fermentation of soy), tofu, and cow's nose (yuck??? but it delicious). It served with sauce that made from petis (made from mixed of little prawn), peanut, and green bananas. It tastes sweet and spicy, but if you don't like seafood, better avoid this food.
10. Gudeg
Young jack fruit that cooked with coconut oil. It served with cooked chicken, cow's skin, and rempeyek (chips that made from flour and coconut milk, with peanut in the top). It tastes sweet and yummy.

That's some of my favorite Indonesian food list. But don't ask me how to make those food. Truly, i can't cook all of those food (poor me.... :( ......). But, maybe next time, I will try to give you all of it's recipe.

Lung Cancer

Now I'm gonna write about one of the most deadly disease, cancer (especially lung cancer). I write it based on my experience, my father suffer it. He has lung cancer on stage 4 that already spread on his brain. It makes him can't move his left body (he can't walk and use his left arm to do our daily work).
The cause is simple.... all of you must be know it well, yeah only smoking. I have read (but i forgot where i read it) that the main cause of lung cancer is smoking, the risk doubled when you are a second smoker. Only a few case of lung cancer that caused by another thing, just like people that work with some kind of machinery that poison them somewhat.
When I see my father right now (he's been a little bit better right now, but just way to....... far from cured), I just want to say to everyone in the world, please stop smoking! It only makes you sick, and also suffer your own family. See my father everyday, he can't walk well right now (just like a baby that learn to walk), he can't use spoon and fork together (he only use his right hand to eat, you can imagine how difficult it), and he also can't work, just like having another baby in the house.
Only one message that I want to tell all of you, STOP SMOKING right now, before you regret it and suffer just like my father.

Nowadays, making money in the internet becomes the most wanted topic. You can see it in the search engines (just like Google, Yahoo, or MSN, and also the others). When you search the word money, you will find so............ many sites that offer an easy money.
You can get much money by become an affiliate (just help them to sell their products and you can get percentage ranging from about 10-75% from the products price), get paid to read an email (you can get cash just by opening your email and click the link for the paid advertisement), get paid to click (clicking advertisement and let it open for about 30 second), or become a freelancers (do some kind of job, ex. writing, copy writing, web designing, etc).
Of course I'm participating there (sure there). Still trying and striving to get my first money from the internet. I've tried paid to click, paid to read, affiliate member, and also try to do any freelancing job. Still not succeed right now, but I have faith that I'll succeed later (hopefully soon......).

You can call me Regina or Rere or whatever you want (of course this is not my real name). I born in Jember city (do you know where is it?) on 1981, so now I'm almost 27 years old (pretty old huh???). Now I'm working in my own shop or I can call it grocery store (actually my parents own it), because I think work in the other place can't give me enough honey bunny money (they always say that I'm inexperienced fresh graduate so you only deserve this much.....). I'm engaged now and hopefully gonna get married soon. I have the one and only brother (little brother I mean). He's 20 years old and also works in the same place with me.
I'm bachelor graduated from university of Surabaya in psychological major, a good knowledge, but.... very poor when we work at that kind of job (only in Indonesia I think). Indonesian people said when you're going to the psychologist you must be stressed or crazy (very very poor I think), and when people know that I'm learning psychology they always say that ooo now you can read me, come on tell me what kind of person I am. Oh, it makes me stressed out. Come on, I'm a psychologist not a fortuneteller. It also makes me decide not to take any chance for working in this section. I'm gonna keep this knowledge for my children, because I think psychology is a very unique and very very interesting knowledge. It's fun to learn it, really do.

Hello everyone, welcome in my new blog. Maybe I don't have anything to share right now, but next time I'll try to share what's in my mind at that time.
